Selected Work
Exposed a Russia-linked influence campaign that planted 200+ paid-for articles across Francophone Africa under 15+ fictitious journalists. Identified the stolen identity of a deceased Central African teacher via reverse image analysis; pulled Cyrillic strings and a Russian phone number from Word-document metadata; reverse-traced the number to a former Internet Research Agency operator with Wagner Group ties.
Self-conceived visual investigation revealing India's covert military build-out on the tiny Mauritian atoll of Agaléga. Combined commercial satellite imagery across multi-year time series, vessel-tracking data and rare on-island sourcing to reconstruct the project and its strategic intent. Winner: IRE Award, Video Division 1.
Probed Somalia's new electronic-visa portal and found a security flaw that left passport details of thousands of applicants downloadable to anyone who knew where to look. Verified the exposed data and responsibly disclosed before publication.
OSINT and document analysis on the financial and corporate trails of a sitting head of government and his inner circle. The named former Bangladesh army chief was subsequently designated by the US Treasury in 2024.
Analysis of leaked records identifying high-risk individuals — including convicts, fugitives and politically exposed persons — granted EU passports through the Cypriot golden-visa scheme. Triggered the programme's eventual termination.

I run the full range — from traditional source-based reporting and on-the-ground investigations to open-source work using satellite imagery, geolocation, vessel and aircraft tracking, and entity resolution across large and leaked datasets.
